Looking for a fun, safe, venue for your child’s birthday party or special celebration that does good too?

At Roam Community Cafe in Vauxhall, we offer exclusive children’s birthday party hire in our welcoming, family-friendly indoor play area. Every party booking helps us to have an impact and remain sustainable.

what’s included

Exclusive use of our play space for 1.5 hours (for up to 15 children)

  • Play space hire only: £250

    - Exclusive hire for 1.5 hours for up to 15 children
    - £10 per additional child (maximum 25 children)
    - You provide decorations and food - we provide the venue and staff
    - Bring your own cake

    Please note: our upstairs cafe is closed when we are hosting parties. If you would like to have the option of barista-made drinks, you can add this to your package.

  • Double up! Extend your party to 3 hours: +£200

    Party food: £8 per child

    Barista service: £50 (parents can buy barista-made drinks, or you can run a tab)

    Decorations: £50 (choose a theme and we’ll set it up for you) text goes here

  • We love to support other local businesses, so we can also recommend cake bakers, photographers, and children’s entertainers to make your celebration even more special.

  • From February 2026 onwards.

    Party slots are available on Saturday afternoons from 3.30-5pm for 1.5hours or from 2-5pm for three hours.
