Roam is a nonprofit community play cafe based in SE11.
Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Roam. “You” refers to the adult making the booking or visiting the space.

2. Supervision & responsibility

  • All children must be supervised at all times by the adult(s) who brought them.

  • You are responsible for the safety and behaviour of the children in your care.

  • Roam provides a safe environment, but we are not liable for injuries that result from lack of supervision, inappropriate use of equipment, or behaviour of other visitors.

3. Bookings & tickets

  • A valid ticket is required for all adults and children attending a play session.

  • Your ticket covers entry to a specific timed session and does not include food or drink unless stated.

  • Session lengths may vary; current timings are shown at booking.

  • Please arrive on time; entry cannot be extended beyond the session end.

4. Prices

  • Current pricing is shown at the time of booking and may change from time to time.

  • Close to Roam pricing is available to those living in eligible postcodes.

  • If you are local but able to choose the full-price option, this helps us pay it forward for other families and support our free sessions.

5. Cancellations, rescheduling & refunds

  • If you can no longer attend, you may reschedule your booking up to [choose: 12/24] hours before your session, subject to availability.

  • Refunds are not available unless we cancel the session.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

  • If Roam must cancel a session due to illness, maintenance, or an emergency, you will be offered a rescheduled session or full refund.

6. Memberships

  • Close to Roam memberships are available to those living in eligible postcodes.

  • Each membership code is unique and must not be shared.

  • Misuse of codes may result in suspension or cancellation of the membership.

  • Membership benefits and pricing may change; notice will be given where possible.
